I am using this reciever starting July'86 ,It is still working in my Shack , especially for the low bands . The Cup is for the 1st place in Israel , SWL Category , in the "Holyland Dx Contest -1998" .For those who ask who i am , just look at QRZ.com , can't say here anything else except that i am an IOTA Smurf !

Jim , VQ9JC , has received written permission to use the special Callsign VQ97JC from 23 May through 5 June .
The "7" added to the prefix reflects the year , and apparently this is the first time a special prefix has been authorized for use from Diego Garcia Island .
